Shania Twain was excited to see Taylor Swift named the “Time” magazine “Person of the Year” this week.<\/p>\n

Yesterday, Shania tweeted,<\/p>\n

“Taylor is [about] the same age I was when the ‘Come On Over’ album [and] tour became bigger than I ever thought possible. It was a pretty overwhelming and complicated gift!”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It’s wild to think that Shania was in her early 30s when she became a sensation, and Taylor is in her early 30s now, and she’s recorded 10 albums, re-recorded four of them, and been touring for about 15 years.<\/p>\n

Taylor did an interview with “Time”,<\/a> and one of the things she said really resonated with Shania.<\/p>\n
