Morgan Wallen has been silent since he was arrested in early April for throwing a chair off the roof at Eric Church’s bar Chief’s in Nashville.<\/p>\n
But he finally tweeted out and accepted responsibility for his actions.<\/p>\n
“I didn’t feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks. I’ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief’s. I’m not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility. I have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe. Regarding my tour, there will be no change.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
And then he signed off with his initials, MW.<\/p>\n

He also had a show this past weekend at the University of Mississippi.<\/p>\n
It was his first show back, since chair-gate, and it was a make-up show from last year when it was abruptly cancelled minutes before he was supposed to go on stage.<\/p>\n
Morgan might have made a nod to his current legal troubles at one point in the show when he was talking about playing sports as a kid. He said,<\/p>\n
“In high school, I almost got kicked off the team . . . I was a little rowdy back then. I guess I’m still a little rowdy now.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
