{"id":30575,"date":"2024-11-25T08:30:58","date_gmt":"2024-11-25T13:30:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cjwffm\/?p=30575"},"modified":"2024-11-25T06:23:51","modified_gmt":"2024-11-25T11:23:51","slug":"blake-sheltons-new-merch-is-so-dumb-its-brilliant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cjwffm\/blogs\/country-music-news\/2024\/11\/blake-sheltons-new-merch-is-so-dumb-its-brilliant\/","title":{"rendered":"Blake Shelton&#8217;s New Merch Is So Dumb, It&#8217;s Brilliant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Blake Shelton&#8217;s new single &#8220;Texas&#8221; came out this month, and his new Friends &amp; Heroes Tour kicks off in February.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-shortcode embed-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" width=\"610\" height=\"355\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jV2119sUQlo\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>So he just launched some new merch that&#8217;s so dumb, fans are loving it.<\/p>\n<p>He posted a video where he jokes that the merch he&#8217;s been offering is &#8220;embarrassing&#8221; and overproduced, so he decided to keep things simple and design some stuff himself.<\/p>\n<p>For $15, you can get a set of four red cups that say, &#8220;I Drink, Get Over It.&#8221; It&#8217;s a reference to a cup he had on stage with him at a show in Florida in 2016, back when rumours were swirling he was in rehab.<\/p>\n<p>But the truly dumb product he&#8217;s selling is a black t-shirt with a photo he claims he snagged off his own phone. It&#8217;s a shot of him looking not-very-sober, and all it says is, &#8220;I Bought This Shirt from Blake Shelton&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>He says he wanted it to be &#8220;honest,&#8221; because that&#8217;s what people are looking for these days.
