{"id":30678,"date":"2024-12-09T05:45:15","date_gmt":"2024-12-09T10:45:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cjwffm\/uncategorized\/2024\/12\/lainey-wilson-named-storyteller-of-the-year\/"},"modified":"2024-12-09T05:45:53","modified_gmt":"2024-12-09T10:45:53","slug":"lainey-wilson-named-storyteller-of-the-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cjwffm\/blogs\/country-music-news\/2024\/12\/lainey-wilson-named-storyteller-of-the-year\/","title":{"rendered":"Lainey Wilson Named Storyteller Of The Year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lainey Wilson has received just about every award imaginable over the past few years, even getting the opportunity to co-host the CMA Awards for the first time back in November.<\/p>\n<p>Wilson also was awarded Female Vocalist of the Year that night, for good measure.<\/p>\n<p>Now, the country superstar will cap off that impressive run of accolades and professional success by being named <a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2024\/music\/news\/lainey-wilson-hitmakers-whirlwind-yellowstone-interview-1236236545\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Storyteller of the Year at Variety\u2019s Hitmakers event on Saturday, December 7.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Louisiana native recalls rushing home from school just so she could pick up her guitar and tell stories with it.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI\u2019ve really been trying to perfect my craft since I was 9 years old.
