What a a year… what a whirlwind for Kacey Musgraves.\u00a0 2019 has been amazing for her and it just got better. She\u00a0 is officially a model!<\/p>\n

The reigning\u00a0ACM Female Vocalist of the Year<\/a>\u00a0just signed a deal with IMG Models, home to superstars like Karlie Kloss, Bella Hadid, Paris Jackson and more.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0 pic of her is from\u00a0 the Met Gala in New York City on Monday night. The announcement of a modelling career came after she stunned on the\u00a0 red carpet,\u00a0appearing as a real-life Barbie,<\/a>\u00a0complete with a blonde wig, pink convertible and pink hairdryer purse.<\/p>\n

By the time Musgraves got to the after-party, she had already swapped her pink outfit and blonde hair for a bejewelled gold outfit and her own long brown hair.<\/p>\n

The reigning ACM Female Vocalist of the Year has won numerous awards for her\u00a0Golden Hour\u00a0<\/em>album, including Grammys, ACMs and a CMA’\u00a0 While she is grateful for the success, Kacey says will continue to advocate for all women to have equal opportunities in country music.<\/p>\n
