The CMA Awards were just handed out, and overall, people seemed to love the show.<\/p>\n

But even though it was “Country Music’s Biggest Night,” not all the biggest stars in the country world were there.<\/p>\n

Here are the country stars who skipped the CMAs:<\/p>\n

1. Jelly Roll and his wife Bunnie Xo. They didn’t give an official reason for skipping, but both of them have been saying how tired they are lately.<\/p>\n

2. Jason Aldean and Brittany Aldean. A fan asked why they weren’t at the CMAs, and Brittany responded, “Not much love from that one.”<\/a><\/p>\n

3. Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. Some people think it’s because they are going through a rough patch, but a source claims that, “Blake and Gwen will be watching the CMAs on their TV this year.”<\/a><\/p>\n

4. Post Malone was also nowhere to be found. He did take home Musical Event of the Year for his song “Pour Me a Drink” with Blake Shelton. But I guess they’d both rather have that drink at home.<\/p>\n

5. And the biggest name that skipped is Morgan Wallen. Fans say he’s boycotting the event because of being rejected in the past<\/a>, but that’s only hearsay. Maybe he just doesn’t like award shows. Besides, Lainey Wilson won everything anyway.<\/p>\n
