The ACM Awards are postponed until this fall, but the Academy of Country Music will fill that previously scheduled Awards broadcast slot on CBS with a two-hour special called ACM Presents: Our Country.<\/p>\n
The show will air on Sunday, April 5th from 8-10 p.m. and will feature intimate conversations and at-home acoustic performances with Country music’s top artists along with clips of their favourite moments from the Academy of Country Music Awards’ 55-year history.<\/p>\n
Artists confirmed to participate will be announced in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n
Artists will appear from their homes via video chat to share some heartfelt thoughts and perform acoustic versions of Country hits.<\/p>\n
Video clips from previous ACM Award broadcasts will also take viewers down memory lane to reminisce about some favourite ACM moments.<\/p>\n
