The one major thing that&#8217;s changed since we wrote it was the line &#8216;I&#8217;m a far cry from being a one night stand, but I ain&#8217;t ready for a ring on my hand,&#8217; and it made a lot of sense in 2015 (but it&#8217;s) a little different now. I love this ring on my hand, but I feel like it didn&#8217;t lose, because of that one line, the song didn&#8217;t lose its credibility or kind of what it means to me.
