Kacey Musgraves Fell And Broke Her Rib

Kacey Musgraves just had to reschedule a show because she fell and broke her rib in Mexico.

Here’s what she said on her Instagram stories,

“Wednesday night it was raining and I was running to grab some towels and had an extremely hard fall on some very slick tile I didn’t see. Thankful I didn’t smack my head but I landed very hard on my back left ribcage and broke rib number six.”

She said that doing anything is now painful, and there was no way she could get back on a plane to make her Nashville show that was supposed to take place yesterday.

The event she missed was called Sing for Science, and it will be rescheduled for September 18th.

Kacey says she’s, quote, “So sorry for the inconvenience.”
