
Six Artists Cover Toby Keith Hits
July 2, 2025 8:30 amA collection of six cover songs honouring late country music icon Toby Keith has been released by Apple Music.
Apple Music Nashville Sessions: Toby Keith Covered is available exclusively in Spatial Audio on Apple Music.
The project features reimagined versions of Keith’s hits. The artists and songs involved include:
Ella Langley – “Wish I Didn’t Know Now”
Megan Moroney – “Who’s Your Daddy?”
Riley Green – “Should’ve Been a Cowboy”
Ashley McBryde – “A Little Less Talk and a Lot More Action”
Parker McCollum – “Who’s That Man”
Tucker Wetmore – “As Good As I Once Was”
Keith, who passed away in 2024 at age 62, was posthumously inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame that year.
Several artists in this project, including McBryde, Langley, and Green, also performed at a Toby Keith tribute concert aired on NBC in August 2024.
The release coincides with Keith’s birthday on July 8.
