Ella Langley’s song “Choosin’ Texas” sure is catchy.  And now it’s getting the mashup treatment online.

A TikTok creator named DJ Vic took Ella’s new song and dropped it on top of 

“Last Christmas” by Wham!

On paper, it sounds like it’ll be awful.  But it’s kind of perfect.  

It starts off with the country chords from “Choosin’ Texas” . . . then that familiar “Last Christmas” hook kicks in.  And you’re sure to love it . . . or get irrationally angry.

One fan said, “How do I listen to this every day?”  And another called the mashup, quote, “my two personalities.”
