She met Bill while boarding at his parent’s house, and they were married in 1955. While raising her family she was ‘on call’ to help at the family general store, finishing her career as Postmaster in Walton.
One of Marjory’s passions was the Walton Women’s Institute where she was a lifetime member and held many offices. She was also on the Board of Directors for FWIO where she received a Special Recognition Award. Arrangements entrusted to Riverside Funeral Home, Brussels. Cards of sympathy may be sent to Box 340 Brussels N0G 1H0. Online condolences available.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic a private, family graveside service for Marjory & Bill Humphries will take place. The Women’s Institute Service and Celebration of Life Service scheduled for May 2nd, 2020 has been cancelled.
