Burke, M. Estelle (Age 92, Kincardine) BURKE, M. Estelle – Peacefully at Trillium Court Long Term Care, Kincardine, on Sunday, October 11th, 2020 in her 93rd year.  Beloved wife of the late John Burke (2012).  Loving mother of Judi Rolufs and husband Jim of Kincardine, Mike Burke and wife Flora of Mount Forest, John Burke and wife Cathy of Waterloo, Paul Burke and wife Sheri of Hanover and the late Cathy Burke.  Dear grandmother of Jennifer, Denise, Robert, Brandon, Tyson, Devon, Nicole, Shannon, Nathan and Kailyn and great-grandmother of Georgia and Ezra, Charlotte and Thea, and Riley.  Survived by her sister Eunice Comeau of Nova Scotia.  Predeceased by her siblings: Firmin, Zenon, Camille, Arsena, Julitte, Antoinette, Edward and Rosa.  Lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews and their families.  Estelle was born in Saint Alphonse, Nova Scotia and was very proud of her Acadian roots and French language.  She would often prepare Rappie Pie, a very popular Acadian dish.  She loved her annual trips back to Nova Scotia to see family, spend time at the beach and eat lots of lobster.  Her cheerful and fun-loving spirit will always be remembered and cherished.  Visitation will be held at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest, on Thursday, October 15th from 6:00-8:00 p.m.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Purification Church, 310 Parkside Drive, Mount Forest, on Friday, October 16th at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior at the church.  Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.  In order to attend the visitation or Funeral Mass, you must contact the funeral home to register by e-mail at info@englandfuneralhome.com or calling (519) 323-2631. Please note: as per the directive of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, attendance numbers will be restricted, masks are mandatory and COVID-19 protocols are in place.  Special thanks to the amazing staff at Trillium Court, Kincardine for their compassionate care.  Memorial donations to Saugeen Mobility and Regional Transit would be appreciated by the family.
