Tanner, Anne Marie (Age 83, Kincardine)
October 31, 2020 12:00 amAnne Marie Tanner (née MacDonald) of Kincardine passed away peacefully surrounded
by family at the Huron Shores Hospice in Tiverton on October 28th , 2020 in her 84th year.
Anne Marie is survived by Bryce Tanner, her husband of 59 years. Anne was preceded in
death by her Mother, Murdena MacDonald (née MacSween). She is also survived by her
2 children, Kim Tanner (Peter Harding) and Greg (Angie) Tanner. She was a proud
Nannie to Deanie, Georgia and Ryan and was always very interested and involved in
their activities.
Anne was an avid skier in her younger years and spent time on the Kincardine tennis
courts in the summer with her best friend Ivanka Zuzek. A great lover of the outdoors,
Anne was a very active walker with Bryce right up to the last few months. She was
mostly known for being a kind heart and her kids noted that she was never mad at them a
day in their lives. Anne particularly enjoyed her time with her high school friends (the
Big Seven) which included her life long friend and cousin Diane McGaw.
A Celebration of Life will be held on a tentative date of Saturday, July 10, 2021 at the

lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Huron Shores Hospice would be greatly
