Leona Wilma Lindsay, of Durham, passed away with the love of her family by her side at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Friday, January 21st, in her 80th year. Beloved wife of James R. Lindsay.  Loving mother of Jamie Lindsay and Cheryl, and Charlene and Scott Armstrong. Cherished grandmother of Sarah, Emma, Rebecca, and  Aaron. Dear sister of Joan and Bill MacMillan, Harold Jr. “Butch” Griffin and Marion, Joyce and Terry Whiteside, Lloyd Griffin, and Patsy Cameron and Carl Kitchen. Fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Monika Griffin, her many nieces and nephews, and the Lindsay family. Predeceased by her parents Harold and Lorna Griffin, and her sister Marie and her late husband Dave Nixon. Visitation will be held at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham on Saturday, January 29th from 1 – 5 p.m.  Due to Covid-19 protocols masks are required, social distancing must be respected on Funeral Home property.  If you wish to attend the visitation please visit the death notice on the Funeral Home website and click “make a reservation” to confirm your attendance or call the Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held in the spring at Durham Cemetery.
