Wilkin, Isabel (Age 97, Hanover)

Isabel Wilkin of Hanover, formerly of Brant Township, passed away surrounded by her loving family, at Hanover & District Hospital on Tuesday, December 24th in her 98th year.

Loving mother of Brenda & Ross McLean, Mary Ann & Steve Molnar, John & Eva, Eric & Patricia, Janice & Todd Sweiger and Susan & Paul VanderVoort. She will be dearly missed by 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her sister-in-law, Helen Spitzig & Dale Wiseman. She was predeceased by her husband Harold and infant daughter Elaine.

Visitation will be held at Rhody Family Funeral Home, Chesley today from 6 – 8 p.m. A funeral service honouring Isabel’s life will be held at St. John’s
Lutheran Church, Elmwood on Saturday, December 28th at 11 a.m. Private family interment in Hanover Cemetery.
