Schiestel, Ike (Age 78, Parkhill)

Ike Schiestel, of Parkhill, passed away on Friday, January 24th, at age 78.

Beloved husband of the late Mary Schiestel. Survived by his children, Marcie & Jamie Gowland, Nick & Candace Schiestel, Sandy & Chris Hartman, Rob & Shannon Schiestel, and Greg & Mary Schiestel, along with 14 grandchildren. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Alice Schiestel, Fred & Darlene Schiestel, Charlie Schiestel, Gertie Eckenswiller, George Schiestel, Peter & Jayne Schiestel, and Cindy & Doug Wyatt. Fondly remembered by his several in-laws, special friend Darlene and an abundance of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated from Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Parkhill on Saturday, February 1st, at 1:00pm., followed by a Come and Go – Celebration of Life at the North Middlesex District Community Centre, Parkhill from 2-5pm.
