MacCannell, Doreen (Age 89, Durham)

Doreen MacCannell, of Durham and formerly of Holstein, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre in Chesley on Wednesday, June 25th in her 90th year.

Beloved wife of the late Beverly MacCannell. Loving mother of Marlene & Cameron McGill, Barbara & Douglas McLachlan, Larry MacCannell, Donna & Kevin Douma, and Susan & Scott Kalbfleisch. Cherished grandmother of 13 and great-grandma of 2. Survived by sister Pearl McCannell, cherished sister-in-law of Lilabelle MacCannell and Douglas & Carol MacCannell.

Visitation will be held at the McCulloch-Watson Funeral Home, Durham on Sunday, June 29th from 2 – 5 p.m. A funeral service celebrating Doreen’s life will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday at 1 p.m., with visitation prior to the service from 12 – 12:45 p.m. Interment at Amos Cemetery, Dromore.
