Thornton, Murray (Age 63, Gorrie)

Murray Thornton of Gorrie passed away at his farm which he loved dearly on Tuesday, August 12th at the age of 63.

Dad of Ashley & Bob Finlay, Morgan Thornton and Brooke Thornton & Kathryn Faries. Grandpa of Kaylee, Addison, Trenton, Halle, Mylah and Malia. Brother of Helen & Gary Edge, Don & Tena Thornton, Allan Thornton, Mae Hutchison & Glen Gallaher and Dianne Krotz and brother-in-law of Glenn Whitehead.

Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Friday, August 15th, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, August 16th, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Gorrie Cemetery.
