Pries, Vera (Age 97, Normanby Township)

Vera Pries of Normanby Township, passed away October 14th in her 98th year at home surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved mother of Grant Pries, Linda Riedstra & Henry, Deborah Morrison & Peter and Susan Dixon & Greg. Grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 16. Sister of Elva Trapp, sisters-in-law Velma Watke and Frances Kingston and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Nelson Pries and son Eric Pries.

Family and friends are invited to St. Matthew’s Ev. Lutheran Church, Hanover on Friday, October 17th from 12:30 pm until time of a service at 1:30pm. Interment to follow in Hanover Cemetery. For those unable to attend the services, it will be livestreamed directly on the Mighton Funeral Home obituary page, and through their YouTube Channel.
