Couto, Antoinio (Age 84, Listowel)

Antoinio Couto of Listowel passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Fordwich Village Nursing Home on Friday, November 21st in his 85th year.

Beloved husband of the late Maria Couto. Devoted father of Tony & Tracy Couto, and Lino & Angela Couto. Proud grandfather to 6 and great-grandfather to 4. Loving remembered by his siblings Maria Dutra, Rita Toste, Joao & Lasalete Couto, Jose & Lucia Couto, Luis & Conceicao Couto, and Lucia & Francisco Drumond, as well as his sister-in-law Ana Couto and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel on Tuesday, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with parish prayers at 5:45 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Listowel on Wednesday, November 26th at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel followed by a reception in the church hall.
