Hendry, Velma (Age 94)

Velma Hendry passed away on Monday, January 12th at Huron Shores Hospice, Tiverton, at age 94.

Beloved mother of Ann & Rick Poppe, Steven & Anne, and Lloyd & Donna. Velma was the grandmother of 9 and great-grandmother of 17. She will be remembered by her sister-in-law Margaret McKague and Pat Hendry, and many friends and relatives. Predeceased by her husband Kenneth, son John Hendry, and daughter Sandra Hendry.

Friends and relatives are invited for visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 24th at Knox Presbyterian Church, Tiverton. Reception to follow in the church activity room. Private family interment in Purdy Cemetery in the spring.
