Father to Trevor Scotchmer and Rayanne &amp; Dale Tipert. Brother-in-law to Rose Scotchmer, Kathleen &amp; John Siertsema, Margaret &amp; Garnet Wright, Marion &amp; Ron Cornish and Linda Elliott.
