Greatly missed by son Graham &amp; Melissa and daughter Meredith. Also survived by sister Eleanor &amp; Billy Lai. Predeceased by his parents Bill &amp; Beth Johnstone and brothers Ken and Tom.<\/p>\n<p>In keeping with Allan\u2019s wishes, there will be no funeral service.
