Both songs are on his latest album, About A Woman, and Thomas says rare nights on his farm inspired the song.<\/p>\n
\u201c\u2019After All the Bars Are Closed\u2019 is this like moody, vibey song, basically talkin\u2019 about how, hey, even when the town shuts down, even when our friends go home, the night is yet to be over. I think I envisioned going out to my farm after, no pun intended, but after all the bars are closed and just like gazing at the stars and kind of waitin\u2019 on the sun to come up. Those nights in my life happen maybe like twice a year now, but when they do they\u2019re very memorable.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
