Beloved husband of the late Ferne Hershey. Loving father of Kevin Hershey and his wife Marilyn of Arthur. Cherished grandfather of 3 grand and 3 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Alvin Hershey. Fondly remembered by his extended family and friends. Predeceased by daughter Carol Hershey, sister-in-law Ruth Hershey, and niece Eunice Diebold. <\/span><br \/>\nA funeral service celebrating Mervin\u2019s life will be held at St. John\u2019s Lutheran Church, 146 Sligo Road West, Mount Forest on Thursday, May 9<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> at 11 AM, with visitation prior to the service from 10 until 10:45 AM. Interment at Chilton Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to St. John\u2019s Lutheran Church, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
