Husband of the late Audrey (vander Reijden) Beukema. Father of Bob and Louise Beukema of Orangeville, Bill Beukema of Harriston, and Betty and John Murphy of Mount Forest. Grandfather of Chico and Sandra Beukema, Amanda and Dave Hall, Curtis and Angie Murphy, Christa Murphy and Darryl Jones, Dianna Beukema, and Tyler Beukema, and great-grandfather of C.J., Cayden, Abby, Lauren, and Caleb. Brother of Elske Van Leeuwen of Netherlands, and brother-in-law of Mary Beukema of Burlington. Predeceased by his brother Simon Beukema, and brother-in-law Herman Van Leeuwen.<\/span><br \/>\nVisitation will be held at the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">on Thursday from 7 to 9 PM with a Legion Memorial Service at 6:45 PM. The funeral service will be held at Knox-Calvin Presbyterian Church, Harriston on Friday, November 15<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> at 11 AM, with visitation one hour prior and reception to follow at Harriston Legion. Interment at Harriston Cemetery.<\/span><br \/>\nMemorial donations to Harriston Legion Branch 296, Poppy Fund, would be appreciated.
