On Thursday, September 3, 2020, the Lord called unto Himself, His servant Elaine Anne (Bender) Coneybeare.\u00a0 Elaine passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital, with Ray at her side, in her 81st<\/sup>\u00a0year.<\/p>\n Loving wife of Ray Coneybeare of Listowel.\u00a0 \u201cRay is God\u2019s gift to me, I am God\u2019s gift to Ray.\u201d<\/p>\n Dear mother of Lori & Brent Bierwirth of Calgary, AB., and Mark Coneybeare & Cheryl Dobson of Listowel, and mother-in-law of\u00a0Charlotte Dettwiler of Virginia.<\/u><\/p>\n Grandmother of Taran Coneybeare, Natalie Bierwirth, Braeden Coneybeare, and Aaron Bierwirth, and great-grandmother of Raylan.<\/p>\n Sister of Keith & Betty Bender of Listowel, and Linda & Gerald Drew of Oshawa, and lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, and friends.<\/p>\n Predeceased by her son Steven Coneybeare (1988), parents Fred & Edith (Burnett) Bender, stepfather Les J. Burnett, and stepbrother Lee Burnett and his wife Joanne.<\/p>\n Visitation will be held at the\u00a0Eaton Funeral Home<\/strong>, Listowel on Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.<\/p>\n Due to COVID-19 restrictions, visitors must schedule a time by selecting RSVP under the “Service Details” on Elaine\u2019s page, or by calling the funeral home at 519-291-4840. Everyone attending must wear a mask.<\/p>\n The funeral service will be held at Listowel Evangelical Missionary Church on Monday, September 7th<\/sup>\u00a0at 2:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior.\u00a0 Masks are required and social distancing must be respected.\u00a0 The service will be live-streamed.<\/p>\n Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Listowel.<\/p>\n Memorial donations to Listowel Evangelical Missionary Church, or Listowel Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.<\/p>\n
