{"id":77226,"date":"2020-10-19T10:49:20","date_gmt":"2020-10-19T14:49:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cknxam\/?p=77226"},"modified":"2020-10-19T10:49:20","modified_gmt":"2020-10-19T14:49:20","slug":"varey-dennis-age-63-listowel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cknxam\/obituaries\/2020\/10\/varey-dennis-age-63-listowel\/","title":{"rendered":"Varey, Dennis (Age 63, Listowel)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-77227 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.briwebapp.net\/2020\/10\/1dfa441d-varey.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>Dennis Varey of Listowel passed away at Listowel Memorial Hospital on Sunday, October 18, 2020, in his 64th year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Husband of Sandra (Wettlaufer) Varey.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Father of Stephanie Varey &amp; Jason Sammons of Cochrane, AB, and Chris Varey &amp; Candice McPhail of London, and grandfather of Tyler, Evan, Viviane, and Shauna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brother of Gloria Varey of Woodstock, and brother-in-law of Susan &amp; Mark Shipe of Hopewell, New Jersey, and Debbie &amp; Mark Arnett of London.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also sadly missed by his beloved dog and best friend, Ivory.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dennis was predeceased by his parents Norman and Ila (McMillan) Varey, and by his brothers Ron, Ted, and Cliff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visitation will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, Listowel, on Wednesday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, visitors must schedule a time by selecting RSVP under the service details on Dennis\u2019 page, or by calling the funeral home at 519-291-4840.
