{"id":77715,"date":"2020-11-16T11:33:36","date_gmt":"2020-11-16T16:33:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cknxam\/?p=77715"},"modified":"2020-11-16T11:33:36","modified_gmt":"2020-11-16T16:33:36","slug":"tucker-marjorie-age-93-listowel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cknxam\/obituaries\/2020\/11\/tucker-marjorie-age-93-listowel\/","title":{"rendered":"Tucker, Marjorie (Age 93, Listowel)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-77716 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/storage.briwebapp.net\/2020\/11\/b334d23f-tucker-marjorie.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>Marjorie Tucker <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Listowel on Sunday November 15, 2020 at the age of 93.\u00a0 Marjorie was a former By-Law Enforcement Officer for the Region of Waterloo, a former employee of CKCO-TV Kitchener, a former member of the Atwood U.C.W. and was an avid Blue Jays fan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Mary Fortune, brother-in-law Clarence Johnston and many nieces and nephews.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marjorie was the last surviving member of her family being predeceased by her parents Eldon and Mary (Eadie) Renwick, her daughter Denise in infancy, her sister Donna Johnston and her first husband Cecil Horton, and her brother Walter Renwick.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In keeping with Marjorie\u2019s wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held in McIntosh Cemetery in the spring.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to North Perth Community Hospice, Atwood United Church or Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arrangements entrusted to Brenneman Funeral Home, Atwood (519-356-2382) <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.brennemanfuneralhome.ca\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.brennemanfuneralhome.ca<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Marjorie Tucker \u2013 passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Listowel on Sunday November 15, 2020 at the age of 93.\u00a0 Marjorie was a former By-Law Enforcement Officer for the Region of Waterloo, a former employee of CKCO-TV Kitchener, a former member of the Atwood U.C.W. and was an avid Blue Jays fan.
