Beloved wife of Gerald Baptist and the late Charles Matheson. Loving mother of Ed Matheson and his wife Brenda, Larry Matheson and his wife Karen, and Shirley Matheson and her husband Tom Gunn. Cherished grandmother of Derek and Colby Matheson, Cynthia and David Roy, Jennifer and Jim McGillivray, Stacey and Dustin Brown, Andrew and Michelle Matheson, Amelia McCarthy and Derek Vokes, and James and Maureen McCarthy.
