\"\"Patricia \u2018Pat\u2019 Doersam, of Hanover, passed away in Hanover on Monday, December 28, 2020. She was 75.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Born in Hanover on March 12, 1945, daughter of the late Britton and Greta (nee Royce) Ashbury. Pat will be remembered by many as the owner of The Flower Shoppe in Hanover, which was started by her parents in 1945 as the Hanover Greenhouse. When she wasn’t at work, Pat loved to spend time fishing, and had many fond memories of fishing with friends and family.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Survived by children Lisa Doersam (Randy Bester) of Marl Lake, Peter (Tammy) Doersam of RR1 Elmwood, and Dan (Maggie) Doersam of Hanover, grandchildren Ashley (Justin), Brittany, Jessica, Holli (Damian), Matt (Suji), Owen, Cole, and Kyra, and great grandchildren Harper and Kash. Also survived by her sister Gayl (Leroy) Dietz of Hanover.\u00a0 Predeceased by her loving husband Tom.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A Private Graveside Funeral Service will be at Hanover Cemetery. Pastor Lyndsay McGregor officiating. All provincial COVID 19 regulations will be adhered to.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Due to current COVID restrictions, a Celebration of Pat\u2019s Life will be held at a later date when it safe to gather again.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Condolences may be sent to the family at <\/span>www.mightonfuneralhome.ca<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve finished life\u2019s chores assigned to me,<\/b>

Where every day is a day to fish,<\/b>

\n<\/b>Don\u2019t worry, or feel sad for me,<\/b>
\n<\/b>I\u2019m fishin\u2019 with the Master of the sea.<\/b><\/p>\n

We will miss each other for awhile,<\/b>
\n<\/b>But you will come and bring your smile.<\/b>
\n<\/b>That won\u2019t be long you will see,<\/b>
\n<\/b>Till we\u2019re together you and me.<\/b><\/p>\n

To all of those that think of me,<\/b>
\n<\/b>Be happy as I go out to sea.<\/b>
\n<\/b>If others wonder why I\u2019m missin\u2019<\/b>
