Dustin Lynch brought a 17-year-old girl on stage to sing with him at Country Fest in Cadott, Wisconsin back in June, and videos of it have gone viral.<\/p>\n

Her name is Hailey James and she sang MacKenzie Porter’s part of the duet “Thinking ‘Bout You”.<\/p>\n

It all started when Dustin asked the crowd if anyone wanted to sing a song with him on stage.<\/p>\n

Hailey’s parents and some of their friends who go to Country Fest every year were pointing at her.<\/p>\n

They knew she was a good singer because she posts videos of herself singing online, and she was up to the challenge.<\/p>\n

Here’s what she said in an interview.<\/p>\n

“Dustin took my hand, and I was just walking him across the stage like I owned it. I remembered the words, I acted like I was supposed to be up there, and [my parents] were super proud of me.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
