Kane Brown is the top nominee at this year’s CMT Music Awards with four fan-voted nods, including Video of the Year, CMT Performance of the Year and Male Video of the Year.<\/p>\n
Kelsea Ballerini, Mickey Guyton, BRELAND and Cody Johnson trail behind with three each.<\/p>\n
The CMT Music Awards will air live from Nashville on CBS on April 11th at 8 p.m.<\/p>\n
It will be co-hosted by Kelsea and actor Anthony Mackie.<\/p>\n
