He was born to the late Edith and Donald Simpson. Survived by daughter Kelly Nadine Simpson and her mother Eunice McConnell. Missed by\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">siblings Betty Anne Davey and Robin, Alex Simpson and Cindy, Jim Simpson, Donald Simpson and Dianne, Paul Simpson and Brenda, Rod Simpson and Annette, Steve Simpson and Tracey, Helen Falls and Gord and Christine Toop and Dave. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and extended family\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">on both the Simpson and Elliott sides. Predeceased by one brother Elliott Simpson.
