He was 92. Bill was born to Dr. W. Ross Walters MD and Aileen Walters. The second born, he had an older sister and two younger sisters. Survived by his wife, Carol and their children, Ross, Mary Beth and Alex plus his grandchildren Meghan, Blake, Garrett and Zac. A private family only visitation and service will take place and private internment in Neustadt Baptist Cemetery.
