{"id":93078,"date":"2023-07-05T05:55:01","date_gmt":"2023-07-05T09:55:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cknxam\/?p=93078"},"modified":"2023-07-05T05:54:41","modified_gmt":"2023-07-05T09:54:41","slug":"thomas-rhett-wife-open-up-about-postpartum-depression","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cknxam\/blogs\/country-music-news\/2023\/07\/thomas-rhett-wife-open-up-about-postpartum-depression\/","title":{"rendered":"Thomas Rhett &amp; Wife Open Up About Postpartum Depression"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Thomas Rhett and his wife, Lauren Akins, recently opened up about Lauren experiencing postpartum depression largely after the birth of their youngest, Lillie Carolina, who is 17 months old.<\/p>\n<p>During a recent episode of Lauren&#8217;s Live In Love podcast, Thomas said,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAfter Lillie, I do remember it was scary for me and there\u2019s not many people you can talk to about that because you don\u2019t it to sound like you\u2019re gossiping behind your wife\u2019s back\u2026 It\u2019s not like you want to call a buddy and be like, \u2018Hey, my wife is acting super strange.\u2019 Lifeless is not the right word, but along the lines of dull. It felt like a hopeless place for me.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Lauren agreed that she knew something was not right.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIn the back of my mind, I was like, \u2018This is not normal.
