{"id":98755,"date":"2024-06-27T05:55:10","date_gmt":"2024-06-27T09:55:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cknxam\/?p=98755"},"modified":"2024-06-26T10:59:05","modified_gmt":"2024-06-26T14:59:05","slug":"mickey-guyton-opens-up-about-her-sons-near-death-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/briwebapp.net\/cknxam\/blogs\/country-music-news\/2024\/06\/mickey-guyton-opens-up-about-her-sons-near-death-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"Mickey Guyton Opens Up About Her Son&#8217;s Near-Death Experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mickey Guyton recently stopped by &#8216;The Jennifer Hudson Show&#8221; to promote her new single &#8220;Scary Love.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>While there, she\u00a0talked about her son&#8217;s near-death experience.<\/p>\n<p>Mickey says Grayson was hospitalized in 2021 for dehydration\u00a0the day after she performed at the CMA Awards<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0&#8220;That next day that I got home, my son got really sick with like, a stomach bug, and I didn\u2019t know what that entailed,&#8221; she says. &#8220;He got really, really, really dehydrated and three ER visits later, he had sepsis.\u00a0And by the time that we got to the hospital, he wasn\u2019t conscious. And I remember, they rushed into the back and everybody just came on top of him and just started taking his vitals and all that. We had to leave the room because they weren\u2019t getting blood because he was so dehydrated. And I remember I looked at the nurse and I choked out the words, \u2018Is he going to die?\u2019 And the doctor said, she goes, \u2018I\u2019m not going to lie to you. I\u2019m really concerned.
