Paeng Min-wook, a South Korean industrial designer, claims that the robotic eyeball can be fastened to a person\u2019s forehead, allowing them to browse without injury. He described the device as a \u201csatirical remedy\u201d that he hoped would cause people to \u201crecognize the intensity of their gadget addiction and look in the mirror.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 When The Third Eye detects that the user\u2019s head has been dropped to look at the phone, it opens its translucent eyelid. The third eye beeps to warn the person when they are within one or two meters of an obstacle.
