He killed 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, where he was once a student, on Valentine\u2019s Day in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 Hours into the jury selection process, Circuit Judge Elizabeth Scherer asked if she had missed anyone with concerns or questions. The juror, identified as Miss Bristol, said, \u201c[Jury duty would be] whole entire month. First of all let me clarify myself, July second is my birthday, July fourth is my son, and the 18th is my other son. \u2026 I need to figure out something. I have my sugar daddy that I see every day.\u201d The judge replied, \u201cI\u2019m sorry?\u201d Bristol repeats: \u201cMy sugar daddy \u2026 I\u2019m married, and I have my sugar daddy. I see him every day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 The judge said, \u201cMa\u2019am, we\u2019ll come back to you, OK? Thank you.\u201d In all, 12 jurors and eight alternates will be selected.
