In his statement\/apology he said he was leaving because he “did not follow competition production protocols, preventing me from being able to judge the competition fairly.” No details were given.<\/p>\n

Apparently, people WILL go to the movies for something other than superheroes. Top Gun: Maverick<\/strong> just annihilated the competition at the box office this weekend, with $124 million in ticket sales. With the U.S. Memorial Day holiday today, that number is expected to surpass $150 million. \u201cThe Bob\u2019s Burgers Movie\u201d<\/strong> came in a distant third with a still respectable 15 million bucks. Dr. Strange<\/strong> was in second place.<\/p>\n

While on vacation with Offset, Cardi B<\/strong>. watched a yacht sink. No one was aboard, thankfully, and the video she posted got a million views.\u00a0 And she will guest star in a new episode of the animated preschool series Baby Shark\u2019s Big Show as a parody of herself named Sharki B,<\/strong> who will be swimming into Carnivore Cove to perform her splash hit dance craze, The Seaweed Sway. The Star Wars<\/strong> celebration event last week led to lots of news. If you missed it, Jude Law<\/strong> will star in a new series titled Star Wars: Skeleton Crew<\/strong>. It’s a “story about a group of kids, about 10 years old, from a tiny little planet who accidentally get lost in the Star Wars galaxy.” The timeline falls after Return of the Jedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n
