At the movies James Cameron’s ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’<\/strong> finally hits theatres today. It comes 13 years after the original and is the first of four planned sequels. Kate Winslet<\/strong> says working with James Cameron on this movie was ‘so far apart’ from ‘Titanic’<\/strong> 26 years ago.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, Netflix<\/strong> released the latest episode of My Next Guest with David Letterman<\/strong> and he travelled to Kyiv, Ukraine to speak with president Volodymyr Zelenskyy<\/strong>…and if you missed its release last Friday, Guillermo del Toro<\/strong>‘s re-imagined Pinocchio<\/strong> is a stop-motion musical. Netflix also has a documentary about the making of the movie.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, Yellowstone<\/strong> has its midseason finale on Sunday, and the new prequel series 1923 makes its debut<\/strong>, starring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018Beautiful: The Carole King Musical\u2019<\/strong> ran on Broadway for five years, and now a movie version is in the works starring Daisy Edgar-Jones<\/strong> from ‘Where the Crawdads Sing’.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Is Us star Justin Hartley<\/strong> returns to TV as a survivalist in ‘The Never Game.’<\/strong> Based on Jeffery Deaver<\/strong>‘s best-selling novel, he plays Colter Shaw, a “reward seeker,” who aids both law enforcement and regular citizens to solve mysteries.<\/p>\n

The latest Carpool Karaoke<\/strong> series featuring Duran Duran<\/strong> with superfan Sandra Oh<\/strong><\/p>\n

On SNL<\/strong> this weekend it’s the Christmas show. Lizzo<\/strong> will take the place of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs… and Elvis<\/strong> is in the building!
