The Oscar nominations<\/strong> were announced yesterday, and while there were some nice surprises and well-deserving nominees — yay, to 11 nominations for \u201cEverything Everywhere All At Once\u201d<\/strong> — the industry is a little ticked that not a single female director<\/strong> was recognized, and movies like “Till”<\/strong> and “The Woman King”<\/strong> and their actors – hello, Viola Davis<\/strong>\u00a0and Danielle Deadwyler<\/strong>— were completely shut out<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Chris Stapleton<\/strong> will be singing the national anthem<\/strong> at the Super Bowl…<\/strong>\u00a0Babyface<\/strong> is slated to sing \u201cAmerica the Beautiful,\u201d and Abbott Elementary\u2019s Sheryl Lee Ralph<\/strong> will be singing \u201cLift Every Voice.\u201d And as previously hyped…Rihanna <\/strong>is doing the Half Time show<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Jennifer Coolidge<\/strong> has never been more everywhere than this past year or so, and because of that AND her extensive career before White Lotus<\/strong>, she is being honoured as Harvard’s\u00a0Hasty Pudding Woman of the Year<\/strong> next weekend in her hometown of Boston. Man of the Year honoree<\/strong> this time around is Bob Odenkirk from Breaking Bad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
