As the TV writers strike<\/strong> continues, NBC is covering two weeks of salary for its late night staffers, and then hosts Jimmy Fallon and Seth Meyers<\/strong> will take care of a third week. Some of the daytime talk shows will continue. Whoopi Goldberg<\/strong> says The View<\/strong> will go ahead… I wonder if any actors\/hosts will walk out in support of the writers?<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, there will still be some new shows…for a while at least. May the fourth be with you for the series debuts of ‘Star Wars: Visions’<\/strong> and ‘Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures’<\/strong>, both on Disney+<\/strong> today.<\/p>\n

The Bridgerton prequel ‘Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story’<\/strong> comes to Netflix<\/strong> today… and Pete Davidson’s Bupkis<\/strong> is on Peacock (Showcase and Stack TV in Canada.) Edie Falco and Joe Pesci<\/strong> costar.<\/p>\n

And on Apple TV+<\/strong> tomorrow, it’s the premiere of ‘Silo’<\/strong>, which follows the last 10,000 people on earth who live in their mile-deep homes to protect them from the deadly world above. It stars Rebecca Ferguson, Common, Rashida Jones, Tim Robbins and David Oyelowo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In other TV news, Dancing With The Stars<\/strong> is set to return to ABC<\/strong> for season 32, but the show will continue to stream live on Disney+<\/strong> as well.<\/p>\n

‘Succession’<\/strong> will end with a feature-length series finale<\/strong>. The Roy saga will reach its bitter conclusion on May 28th<\/strong> with a 90-minute episode.<\/p>\n

In a new Instagram post, Jamie Foxx<\/strong> thanked fans \u201cfor all the love\u201d following his recent medical scare.
