In addition to the movie version of Wicked, Ariana Grande<\/strong> has new music coming our way in 2024, and this week she shared a series of Instagram posts that offered a bunch of clues about the album<\/strong>. She has done a couple of collaborations with The Weeknd over the last few years, but hasn’t released a full album since 2020, so it’s something for her fans to look forward to.<\/p>\n

Whoopi Goldberg and Billy Crystal<\/strong> fought back tears remembering Robin Williams at the Kennedy Center Honors<\/strong>, which aired last night. There were some tears from Billy too as Whoopi and others paid tribute to him and his career. The ceremony also honored Queen Latifah, Dionne Warwick, Barry Gibb<\/strong> and others.<\/p>\n

Speaking of honours, George Stroumboulopoulos<\/strong> is one of 78 Canadians being awarded The Order of Canada<\/strong>. And to think, it all started on Much Music all those years ago!<\/p>\n

New Year’s Eve<\/strong> on streaming – Dave Chappelle: The Dreamer<\/strong>, his new comedy special comes to Netflix<\/p>\n

On regular TV, at 7 p.m. – The Year: Countdown to 2024<\/strong> special is on ABC
\nAt 7:30 p.m. – New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash<\/strong> on CBS
\n8 p.m. – CNN has New Year’s Eve Live<\/strong> With Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen and also at 8pm it’s Dick Clark\u2019s New Year\u2019s Rockin\u2019 Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2024<\/strong> on ABC<\/p>\n
