According to Variety<\/strong><\/em>, the Will And Jada Smith Family Foundation<\/strong> is in the process of shutting down<\/strong> for good after donations to the organization\u00a0fell by more than 80%\u00a0following the infamous Oscars slap of 2022. The couple intends to continue their charitable work privately, and Will Smith<\/strong> will be seen next\u00a0alongside Martin Lawrence<\/strong> in this summer’s ‘Bad Boys: Ride or Die’<\/strong><\/p>\n

A reboot of The Pirates of the Caribbean<\/strong> is coming — without<\/em> Johnny Depp<\/strong> — according to producer Jerry Bruckheimer. No word yet on the storyline or who will portray Captain Jack Sparrow, OR if he will even be a character.<\/p>\n

Netflix<\/strong> is holding an open casting call in Calgary on Saturday, April 6th for all ages, for a new series starring Gillian Anderson<\/strong> of The X Files and\u00a0The Crown, and Lena Headey<\/strong> from Game of Thrones. The series is\u00a0called ‘The Abandons’<\/strong>, and is described\u00a0as a 1850s western and will be filming from May 14 to Oct. 17.<\/p>\n

Jeremy Allen White<\/strong>, from The Bear, is currently in discussions to portray\u00a0Bruce Springsteen<\/strong> in an upcoming movie called ‘Deliver Me From Nowhere’<\/strong>, which follows The Boss during the making of his sixth album ‘Nebraska’, a few years before ‘Born in the USA’<\/p>\n
