But she’s in good company. Lady Gaga’s “Folie \u00e0 Deux” song from the “Joker” sequel was also excluded from the shortlist of contenders. Songs from Wicked can’t be considered because they are all two decades old, and not original to the film.<\/p>\n
Yesterday, Tom Cruise was awarded the Distinguished Public Service Award, the U.S. Navy\u2019s top civilian honour for \u201coutstanding contributions to the Navy and the Marine Corps\u201d with movies like \u201cTop Gun\u201d, A Few Good Men and the Mission Impossible movies. His next on-screen adventure, \u201cMission: Impossible: The Final Reckoning,\u201d is due for release next May.<\/p>\n
