At the movies, ‘The Room Next Door’<\/strong> stars Julianne Moore and Tilda Swinton<\/strong> as friends whose lives grew apart and who meet again in an extreme situation. Also in theaters, ‘Wish You Were Here’<\/strong> has Julia Stiles making her directorial debut. Based on a novel, it’s about leaving the everyday world behind to take a chance on true romance. Jennifer Grey and Kelsey Grammer<\/strong> are among the cast.<\/p>\n

David Lynch<\/strong>, the filmmaker celebrated for his uniquely dark and dreamlike vision in movies such as \u201cBlue Velvet\u201d and \u201cMulholland Drive\u201d and the TV series \u201cTwin Peaks,\u201d<\/strong> has died<\/strong> just days before his 79th birthday. The cause of death was not immediately available, but last summer, Lynch had revealed that he was diagnosed with emphysema.<\/p>\n

The ‘Outlander’<\/strong> Season 7 finale<\/strong> tonight is said to be shocking (unless you’ve read the books??) Then, there’s just one more season to look forward to! And immediately following the finale, Jamie — I mean, Sam Heughan — stars in ‘The Couple Next Door’<\/strong>, a sexy, six-part psychological drama. Meanwhile, the Outlander prequel ‘Blood of My Blood’<\/strong> has announced a summer premiere date. A teaser trailer is out now.<\/p>\n

‘Back in Action’ on Netflix stars Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz<\/strong> as former CIA spies who get pulled back in when their cover is blown. Jamie Foxx suffered a stroke during filming of this movie back in April of 2023.<\/p>\n

Tomorrow night, comedian Dave Chappelle will host SNL<\/strong>, with musical guest GloRilla<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n

And RIP<\/strong> to Mr. Baseball, Bob Uecker<\/strong>.
