Alan Ritchson<\/strong>, the star of the ‘Reacher’<\/strong> franchise, won’t be facing criminal charges in that fight with his neighbor. Ritchson was wearing a body cam at the time as he was riding his motorbike with his kids, and based on the video, police say he acted in self-defense. Ritchson has declined to pursue charges against his neighbor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On The View, Joy Behar <\/strong>left the\u00a0table ahead of an interview with Carrie Underwood<\/strong>. Behar previously criticized Carrie’s decision to perform at Donald Trump’s inauguration, but the show says it was just a production decision to allow more room for the three American Idol<\/strong> judges who were on the show together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In movie news, Netflix<\/strong> is doing a ’13 Going on 30′ remake<\/strong>, and yes, Jennifer Garner<\/strong> is involved… but as an executive producer. Emily Bader and Logan Lerman<\/strong> will star, but the internet isn’t convinced we need this reboot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And Stephen Colbert<\/strong> is reportedly co-writing a new \u2018Lord of the Rings\u2019 movie<\/strong>.\u00a0It will depict chapters 3-8 of J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Fellowship of the Ring, which did not appear in Jackson’s original film trilogy. The film will come after ‘Lord of the Rings: Hunt for Gollum,’<\/strong> which is currently in development from director Andy Serkis and expected in theatres sometime next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And fans of Taylor Sheridan<\/strong>‘s new series ‘The Madison’<\/strong> with Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell <\/strong>will be happy to know that season 2 is already filmed, which means we could even see it before the end of the year! Get. In. My.
