Halle Berry<\/strong>\u2019s ex Olivier Martinez has been granted a temporary restraining order<\/strong> after the accusation that she physically abused their son last weekend.\u00a0Her lawyer called the request \u201centirely meritless and deliberately misleading.\u201d Apparently Martinez requested that Berry\u2019s sobriety be monitored, but a judge declared there was insufficient evidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 113th Grey Cup<\/strong> will be played in Calgary Sunday, Nov. 15 with kickoff slated for 6 pm Eastern. Sarah McLachlan<\/strong> will perform the national anthem as the Canadian Forces Snowbirds return to the Grey Cup for their final flight.
